Just... don't... Modding your console in this way is in violation of the Terms of Service and can get your console banned from Live. Yes it is possible, but in doing so you would stop it playing your NTSC games. You can't have a 360 able to play both PAL and NTSC games. If you want to play a game not available in your region so badly, then you'll either have to buy another 360 for that region, or wait til it comes to your region, which may never happen.
