hey i was just wondering what the big difference between hd-dvd and just the plain dvd-9 is. is it like different size or somthing anything would be appretiated. thanks in advance
HD-DVD has alot more space and can run movies in a much higher resolution than a DVD.
It's one of those 'next gen movie' mediums they are trying to shove down our throats.
I mean think about it, people have only just now started buying DVD-reccorders, they arent ready to switch to a new format and have to buy their entire movie collection all over again.
