what they said, but for a game liek bioshock you really need to get some functions for sneeking and hiding... just a LITTLE bit from something like splinter cell or metal gear, but even without that it blew my mind, wasn't expecting anything that good
Well I think ultimately it depends what you mean by graphics? Are you talking from a "Technical" stand-point (pixel counts/lighting effects/frames per second) or are you talking more from an artistic point of view (level and character designs/atmosphere/cohesion of environments).
Personally I think Gears of War is going to take some beating from both perspectives. I haven't played Bioshock, but from what I've heard, it sounds like it could be a contender!!
I just got done playing the bioshock demo and I would have to say that the graphics are better than GOW but thats probably gonna change when GOW 2 comes out.

BioShock is coming out almost a year after Gears...of course it's going to have better graphics.

On a technical level sure, but that's to be expected from a game that gets released later. But I feel confident in saying that Gears 2 will not reach a level of artistic design that will rival Bioshock, and nor will any other game. This is coolest looking game ever. IMO of course.
Yes. Those candy coded doll faced manakins that move and talk should do look better good. I stil agree it looks better than gears, just really... plastic.
