Halo's "Arbiter" coming to Killer Instinct S3

An interesting new character has been revealed for KI S3. He was teased at the end of another character reveal(skip to 1:40 if you just want to see the part with him). He is the Arbiter from the Halo series, and I'm looking forward to taking him for a spin.....I just really hope they were able to get the same voice actor, I forget his name but imo he needs to voice the KI character because he does such a great job in the Halo titles.

I was going to get season 3 anyway, I hope they confirm Tusk at some point, he is the only character of he original games left out (oh and the original chief Thunder)

While The Arbiter is a good choice for season 3, I would've love to see The Dark Queen as a guest character since Rash made the cut and it's about time we add more female characters but hey, Arbiter is cool.
