You may as well have said 'What's your favourite game?' - but basically Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas.
I'm in need of a new game, a game that I could really get into. Recent games I've played that applied to this are Bioshock Infinite, Halo 4, The witcher 2, all mass effects and a couple more I and can't think of.jchaine13Dishonored!
I disagree. In my opinion, there's a big difference between "what's your favorite game" and "what game could you not put down." Not every amazing game is addicting and needs to be played. Likewise, many games that I couldn't put down I never touched again once I beat. You may as well have said 'What's your favourite game?' - but basically Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas.

But I have played many of the games mentioned. Far Cry 3 is a great example of not being able to stop playing, I was so into it. Played Skyrim, thought it was a little more boring that the rest and never really got into it. I've basically played all RPG games that really interested me, that's why I'm kind of looking in the direction of games like Dishonored, Bioshock, Far Cry 3 and Halo 4. Basically games that have great substance that I can really be immersed into. You may as well have said 'What's your favourite game?' - but basically Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas.

I will have to agree with a couple of you guys, Far Cry 3, skyrim, Dishonoured are definitely the games that have been repeatedly played on my xbox. Dead space 3 also has good play through worth, racking up the hours on that currently. Not much more satisfying than stratigically dismembering necromorphs :P.

If you haven't yet, check out the first two installments of Dead Space, they are really good. Â Like I said previously in the thread, I haven't played DS3, but I know for a fact you would enjoy the first two. Â They are great games, with an awesome story, solid gameplay, and a creepy environment.
Tomb Raider. I couldn't stop playing... enjoyed every minute of it. shaunchgoyeah that is a great game indeed
Last one where I just couldn't put the controller down was Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon. So many awesome references in that game, I felt like a kid trying to find them all. Before that it was Tomb Raider.
Fallout 3 and New Vegas, Dragon's Dogma, Dark Souls, Saints Row 2 and 3, Tomb Raider's very good if a tad on the short side to say the least, XCOM: Enemy Unknown - the strategy title, not the lazy generic shooter, Sims 3 and Sims 3 Pets. Divinity 2: Dragon Knight Saga, Skyrim, Oblivion. There are more but I'm too tired to write out a large list.

I agree with what I've seen some people say- Skyrim and the Fallout games.
But if you have to specs for them, get them for PC. The games' experiences are dramatically better with the thousands of mods they have to offer.
mass effect 2 and 3, fallout 3, red dead redemption great game, alan wake had a blast, farcry 3 many hours into it..Skryim, oblivion, batman both games, there a ton this gen i had good times with..
