For me, maybe Dead Rising and Dead Space 2.

Bioshock 2: Because of the ending, where she stabs a needle in the big daddy violently (the bad ending). I have a fear of needles, though, so that might explain it.
Lego Star Wars 3...never seen that many bodyparts fly everywere from getting shot...

Lol, sorry, just had to bring this up: Says the guy with the "Clockwork Orange" picture. :P
Ive played the 2 bioshock games without much of a scare, but batman archum asylum had a few scary moments with scarcrow. Kind of funny considering its a Teen game.
Lost planet also scares the S*** out of me. First few levels I puked and then returned it... Could a game develpoer really make such a bad game but make enough money to produce a sequil?
No game has made my stomach turn inside out.HadronVulture
Actually, the game Viva Pinata: Party Animals made my stomach turn inside out. I had a dream after playing the game that I was the pinata, and these kids came along and hit my with a baseball bat that had peanut butter and jelly on it, and they made my stomach turn inside out...and a lot of candy went out. But then I realized that I was not really dreaming, but trying to take a dump, and I said to myself, "Cool story, bro."

I laughed out loud
That's an easy one. None. Games are not hard because it's all made in computer. Movies are different, the techniques are different and more realistic.
This is an oldie, but I say "The Suffering" which places a man named Torque in a prison cell, and he was convicted of murder on his family, so he is suppose to be put to death by lethal injection. Now, this game is very very scary for me, but it's really got alot of gore in it. You're character is soaked in blood when killing these ugly scary monsters, and the environment is just spooky as hell because it's a prison. That's one game I'd never play again, but luckily, I managed to grow some balls and beat it, tho I used a cheat code to get a weapon that would kill enemies in one shot.Gaming4You1990If memory serves, that game also had an enemy with about 100 (probably dirty) syringes stuck in him O_o Speaking of older games 'The Thing' was also quite gruesome...
SplatterHouse was quite over-the-top with its gore (blood was used for almost everything in that game, from solving puzzles to buying upgrades), I'll also never forget that one SplatterKill where you rip a monster's guts out through his backdoor.koospetoors
Sounds awesome  Maybe I should finally buy it (it's always been suspiciously high priced though...).

The game's definitely worth getting if you enjoy beat-em-ups, totally didn't deserve the all the low scores it got.Because it sucked so bad.[QUOTE="driftingsilvia"][QUOTE="3dfd"]

You are WRONG!
Yeah, I am. I was thinking about Duke Nukem ForeverBioshock 2: Because of the ending, where she stabs a needle in the big daddy violently (the bad ending). I have a fear of needles, though, so that might explain it.

Never EVER play Dead space 2 then.
Oh and also, spoiler alert as I still haven't finished the game TT
