[QUOTE="Steameffekt"]You really can't compare the 2.rp108
I think you can. People compare Gears Of War to Resistance which in my opinion Resistance is not even in the same league, its not even in the same sport.
Well you can try to compare them, but Fallout and Fable have their own style of RPGing.

so they are still rpg, you can compare any 2 games!
I wouldnt say fable i mean it wasnt a good rpg to me it was fun but it was not a good rpg i though fallout 3 was a little better and u might think its boring cuz u dont understand it maybe
the interactions with npcs, art direction and animations of fable 2 were loads better that fallout 3. that being said though, fallout 3 had a better setting, better combat and a better world. its really 50/50 for me. :/
Fallout It took me much longer to do the main quest then the main quest of fable II, fallout 3 is just better....
I think I am in the minority here but I really think Fable 2 is amazing while Fallout 3 isn't that great. I have been playing Fable 2 for hours and hours and can't get enough. Fallout 3 after five minutes I am bored. Thoughts?rp108
ye ye me too except mine is'nt fallout 3, it's oblivion. Fable 2 is just underated to some people. :?
It comes down to taste, Fable 2 is a far more accessable game than Fallout 3, but Fallout 3 has alot more depth to it. To put it simply Fallout 3 plays like a fairly slow paced RPG with some FPS elements, Fable 2 plays like a fast paced action adventure game with a some RPG elements.
Fallout 3 has a much longer life, compared to Fable's. Playing Fable lasted me around 2 weeks, and Fallout was around 1.5 months.Andrn
whats up guys i got two questions
1 for those that beat fable 2 and say it short did u just go through main story or did all side missions/quest or extra stuff the game has to offer?
2 iplayed fable 1 or 2 and never played any fallout gamesowhich would u recomend for someone that has no clue about anyting that is fable/fallout related

1. If you did just the main story straight it's less than 8 hours, doing all sidequests (except the good/bad ones that lockout obviously) it takes about 12-14 hours give or take depending on how much time you spend doing things like jobs, gambling etc. 2. Neither really require you to know the previous games, it comes down to whether you'd prefer a fast paced fun experience that you can play casually (Fable 2), or a deeper but slower paced experience, where you can find yourself going hours just doing a sidequest (Fallout 3).[QUOTE="fedor19820"][QUOTE="Andrn"]Fallout 3 has a much longer life, compared to Fable's.
