The charging dock will only charge one of my controllers. I have tried switching the batteries, swapping the battery packs and still will not charge the one controller. When I plug in my one controller the lights around my silver button glow dimly but does not charge. The weird thing is if I hold down my silver button the red light comes on on the charger showing that its charging. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx.
