I have only been into racing games since the beginning of this current gen... I know I like arcade racers and simulators like PGR3 and Forza 2, how are people liking dirt? is it fun? i've never really played a rally sport game...
Forza 2 got rated higher, gamespot had some problems with dirt that they didn't like, anybody else notice low framerates? I kind of like the fact that it isn't multiplayer heavy, I barely ever get all the MP achievements in games!

Yeah, I saw that they mentioned a framerate drop but I have played it a ton and have had no issues at all and the multiplayer thing is KILLER!!! It's totally intense and works great! I also have to agree with what another poster said about the in car view being very intense! I usually hate the in the car views but it's my fave view in DiRT because you really feel like you are driving the car. It's wild! I can't wait to get my 360 wireless racing wheel because I think it will be perfect for DiRT!
So to answer the question, YES!!! DiRT is more than worth it!
Dirt is ze best (and I mean ZE best) game out right now. It's so awesome; the racing is superb, graphics are INSANE, and there's so manyraces to play through. Multiplay SUCKS BALLS,What a sad excuse for multiplayer. Anyway, I guarantee you'll love it. Rent, or buy, you'll be getting your money's worth. You won't be disappointed.

So what if you played the demo. I have played both full games each for a good 12hrs, froza is an excellent racing simulation.
While dirt is a little on the "Arcade"side it makes for a great game the car customization in forza is incredible but dirt has more variety in races. So if i were you I would go with dirt.
