Can you play KOTOR 1 and 2 on 360?

I am thinking of getting these games after I buy Mass Effect...can 360 play them?

Bioware wasn't involved in KOTOR 2 in case you didn't know. Yes, you can play them as long as you have XBL or an up-to-date compatibility disc. If you don't have either of these (which I'm not sure if you need them or not anyway) Xbox.com has other ways of obtaning the update.

Yes, you can play them as long as you have XBL or an up-to-date compatibility disc. If you don't have either of these (which I'm not sure if you need them or not anyway) Xbox.com has other ways of obtaning the update.david60639

yep copy the xbox.com update on a disk, insert it in the console and there you goo

good old KOTOR days, they were good games and yeah i think theyre pretty much compatible with 360, just gotta take the compatible list in the xbox.com website

I'm actually happy with what Obsidian did with KOTOR 2.

Considering they had titan sized boots to fill they made a decent follow up.

Both games are on the BC list, but people have said that it doesn't play completley smoothly. THere are some video and audio artifacts, but most of them minor enough to be ignored..

i tried to play kotor 1 but it gave me a disk unreadable error so i used the update and followed all the cd burning instructions but it gives me the same error no matter what i do so I can't update my console! there isnt any way i can update it and support didn't help at all. What am I suposed to do?

it can play but it will lag if there too many enemies
