Can you play Halo Anniversary nline with the old graphics?

I know in single player and co op you can press a button and toggle between Halo 1 and Reach graphics....but can you do that in matchmaking?

No. The MP uses the Reach engine so no switching.

i remember them talking about halo anniversary using both halo1 engine and the reach engine they said u can turn off the reach engine and continue play with the original engine graphics in both campain and MPcuz all the new halos are just using the reach engine for the graphics but the gameplay is all from the original halo engine

What!?... Really? That's really disappointing to hear. I was hoping for a true Halo C.E. remake, with just updated graphics and an online multiplayer. It's not Halo C.E. without the overpowered pistol and vehicles that can kill you at 5mph. My excitement for this remake has just dropped drastically.
