Considering I saw people with unlocked Fable 2 and GoW 2 achievements pre-release I think you should be fine. I don't think MS pays that much attention.
When I did it I unplugged the 360. I dont think it works with you connected to live. Its good but short. Graphics are some of the best. A lot of people saying it is the same as RE4 but RE4 was amazing so whats the point
