Well, it's using the Call of DUty 4 engine with some tweaks added to it. I think it will be brilliant. Just looking at the trailer confirms my thoughts.
4 was good, so there's no reason to think that 5 wouldn't be any goodLessThanMike
Well I think the fact that its a different company making the game there is a reason. They are the people that made Call of Duty 3 I think and it wasn't very good.
The trailer looks great - vehicles are going to be brought back - plus destructable enviroments & more graphic violence than in any other COD game (per a rep from Treyarch)
Everyone is writing this game off because it is developed by Treyarch. The excuse they passed off on COD 3's shortcomings was a shorter dev time than they would have liked. Now they will have had 2 years before its release. I'm optimistic. I didn't think COD3 was the abortion that everyone says it was.
cod 3 was good no need to bash it, but is the "cool" thing to do, and i dont know anything about cod 5 you mean Call of Duty world at war, looks nice, is a god promise
I think it will be great. Even if its Treyarch and WW2, they are using the COD4 engine and the previews and screens I've been seeing are pretty impressive. It sounds like they are bringing a lot, should be a good game. Looking forward to it.
