All three of those are awesome. If I had to pick one, I'd get Ninja Gaiden 2. I can see you're a God of War fan. I love that series too. NG2 should appeal to you. It's a lot harder than the GoW games though.
lol i love this 3 games. Really depends on your taste, bioshock is a great fps with a fantastic story along with some rpg elements.Awesome game. Mirrors Edge is pretty unique and spectacular but a little bit short. Ninja gaiden is one of my fav franchises, loved the 1st one and the 2nd is even better. And i see you have a Kratos avatar, probably meaning that you enjoy this kind of games, so it really depends on you. If i had to choose between this 3 i would go for ng2. I have the 3 of em and they provide different experiences, again it all depends on you, watch some reviews if that helps. And next time use the sticky :)
Bioshock by far, followed distantly by NG2. Stay away from Mirror's Edge. It's short and really easy... kinda like my prom date so many years ago... but i digress. Bioshock will give you the best value overall. It's a fantastic game, and although there's not much else to do after playing through the quest, but go through the quest itself again, it's worth every penny, and every hour you put into it.

Bioshock all the way. One of the best games around, regardless of genre/platform/whatever.
NG2 was rubbish...easy, but cheap and annoying, only real challenge was finding a decent trade in offer once it was done. Just got Mirror's Edge, fabulous game if you can get it cheap (mine cost £8), but seems like it will be over too quick.
