are you kidding hunters dont take forever to kill. just shoot them in the orange spots on their back or head and they die in like 2 hits
This kind of seems like Rock, Paper, Scissors... The hunter could use the fuel rod to melt the berserker, the big daddy could drill the hunter to pieces, and the berserker would crush the big daddy because the big daddy doesn't have a fuel rod cannon or a HoD. A bloodier version of R.P.S. :)

Berserkers and Big Daddies charge, but if you remember trying to run a hunter down in with a warthog, in Halo: CE espcially, they dodged it. Now consider a hunter has Fuel Rod (Beam) Cannon. Since Big Daddies could be brought down with weapons from the 60's, I can see a hunter easily killing a Big Daddy.
Now the Berserker's charges, like a warthog, will be easily dodged by the hunters. The Hunter would win only if its cannon could damage the Berserker.
Berserker, there way bigger and harder to kill.

i don't think you're getting it... The Hunter pretty much has a HoD on it's arm, and it can dodge the Berserker's charges. It's not a question of what is harder to kill with any given weapon, but a breakdown of skills/weaknesses.
I think the Berserkers will own. Its immune to bullets, only the hammer of dawn can kill itPlzDuntBanMe
nobody ever said anything about the hammer being the only thing that can kill it... They just used the hammer because it's the only energy-based weapon in the game.
Hunter. Basically has the hammer on its arm.CDNSnipe
Since when does a Hunter have a satellite controlled laser that shoots down from space on it's arm?

No what he means is the cannon on there arms are just as powerful as the hammer the only reason one doesnt kill the master chief is because of his suitA lot of people are considering which enemy is easier to kill. This is a sophomoric analysis, since it compares each monster to the heros from different games, when the question is how they would do against each other. The right way to approach this is to examine each creature's capabilities, in absence of fanciful scenarios. It's terrific that a Rosie might kill a Hunter in one shot, by hitting its orange spot with a rivet gun round, but what if the Hunter has a Charm Big Daddy mod? The question is "Who would win in a fair fight?" If one combatant needs a special advantage in order to win, then it's not fair.
Weapons Analysis
The first issue is whether or not a fuel rod gun would penetrate a berserker's armor. We know that the Hammer of Dawn does achieve this effect. Now, the Hammer is not a terribly powerful weapon. It can impact a short range away from a human being with no ill effects. For a spaceborn laser system, the Hammer is not a GDI ion cannon. The Hammer does violently destroy humanoids when it comes into close contact with them. A fuel rod-type gun does quite demonstrate this effect, although one could argue this is due to the constraints of Halo's less violent presentation. A fuel rod gun can send a humanoid flying a great distance, indicating impart of significant kinetic energy. It is a reasonable theory that Hunter weaponry is sufficiently powerful to injure a Berserker, although arguments can be made either way. Berserkers seem to be weakened by the Hammers thermal effects, so the question is whether or not a fuel rod weapon can heat Berserker armor to the same degree as the Hammer.
A fuel rod gun would almost certainly hurt a Big Daddy. I don't think I have to make this argument.
As to a Bouncer Big Daddy's drill penetrating Berserker armor, this is more unlikely. Lancer chainsaw bayonets have no apparent effect on a Berserker, and the drill works on the same princicples. Although a Daddy drill would obviously be more powerful, it's debatable whether or not it would harm a Berserker.
The drill would cause massive damage to a Hunter, if the Bouncer managed to imbed it into the chinks in Hunter armor. Whether or not he would be able to do that while facing a Hunter's ranged and melee attacks is highly debatable.
It's highly unlikely that a Rosie Big Daddy's rivet gun would harm a Berserker. Berserker shrug off massive volumes of fire from projectile weapons.
Similarly, a rivet gun would likely have no effect on a Hunter's shield.
Tactics
Both the Daddy and the Berserker have an advantage of speed over a Hunter. However, this should not be a problem for the Hunter. Hunters, when faced with an opponent, tend to hunch up in a defensive stance, firing their weapon, waiting for an adversary to advance; they rarely press a close attack.
The Berserker and Bouncer both suffer from a lack of ranged attacks. They typically close the distance with enemies through a straightline charge, which could be very dangerous when faced with a Hunter's firepower. Furthermore, there's no guarantee their melee attacks would be any more effective than a Hunter's shield slam. We have never seen a Berserker or a Bouncer send a human flying dozens of yards through the air the way a Hunter has with its shield attack.
A confrontation between a Rosie Big Daddy and a Hunter would likely be a drawn out affair of continual weapons fire, until one opponent succumbs.
Conclusions
I give the fight to the Hunter. The Hunter has the best firepower, the second most resilient defense, and in a hand-to-hand fight, is just as lethal as the other contenders.
In second place, I put the Berserker. The Berserker has the best armor, and there's no hard evidence to suggest a Big Daddy's weapons will even harm it.
EDIT: ****ing typos.
The Hell Knight will crush em all without even waking up from his beauty sleep!

Eh, I dunno about that one. Do you mean the Hell Knight from Doom II or the Hell Knight from Quake? 'Cause the Hell Knight from Doom II would just go get his big buddy: The Cyberdemon. Of course, then we'd get into a debate of Cyberdemon versus a Brumak versus a Scorpion tank.

I agree, they all have their strong and weak points. The berserker is faster than the other two, but is stupid and takes a few seconds to react. The hunters have the plasma weapons, but are slow and have armor that exposes their week spots. The Big Daddy has the drill and a lot of armor, but I still think the other two could take him out, expecially together. It would probably end up with three different winners if there were three different fights.
Big Daddies and Hunters require no real strategy to kill them. Shoot alot and they drop dead.
Berserkers on the other hand... They need strategy to kill them since you have to be quiet, get them outside, and hammer them.
Matt-4542
he is not saying which is hardest to kill (and your right) but which would win in a brawl. As much as i h8 2 say it i would have 2 say hunters just b/c of their plasma cannon. They would smoke the beserker in a second and the big daddy may put up a small fight but the hunter would def win.
