only tried the demo of Resident Evil - but the "healing sticks" seemed like joints with the educational message that mixing blends (red and green) would be really good for you
Saints Row 2 has alot of weed references in it. That's the only game I really know of. Well, both of them, you can buy blunts/joints from Brown Baggers and smoke.
