Maybe it only goes out to those of us who've canceled their live Gold membership but anyhow I let them know exactly why I believe online gaming should be free to anyone who bought the console and any features should also be to keep you away from the competition. I let them know that I think silver members should be offered at least some hours of free gaming time a month as a start and finally to drive the message home that i'd rather use free alternatives. While I would hope enough people would do the same I think I know a lot better than that.
