From what I read on the Smackdown preview Sheamus if he still champion when that person cashes in the WHC MITB Case will most likely loseanyway unless it is ADR or Ziggyler.

Christian definitely deserves to be in that match, and Damien Sandow, he's one of the top rising stars in the company, so i think he deserves to be in there as well, Tyson Kidd, i have no idea how he got into that match, when he hasn't been squashed on Raw/Smackdown in recent months, and Santino doesn't even deserve to be in this match as well, much less US Champion

Rhodes still has a chance of getting in. I can see him complaining about having to team with a talentless loser, and demands to face a real talent... But then he'd probably face someone like Brodus Clay and get crushed. The 'E is dropping the ball big time on Cody Rhodes right now.

Also Shoe, remember Orton is suspended... He can't be in the MITB match. Even if he wasn't suspended, he'd be in the WWE Championship one, not the young up and comer one.

With all that said, I guess I'm the only one who is happy to see Tyson Kidd in the WHC Ladder Match. It's about time the 'E starts judging him to see if he is worthy of a big time push. 

Also Shoe, remember Orton is suspended... He can't be in the MITB match. Even if he wasn't suspended, he'd be in the WWE Championship one, not the young up and comer one.

The only reason Tyson is in there is to take hits and hit a high flying move or two

I like to see a proper Daniel Bryan/John Cena fued. I'm pretty sure that hasn't been done yet.
