ECW trademarked - not by WWE?

A LLC in New York named "Mocker" recently registered to trademark "ECW" for wrestling use. Apparently WWE let the trademark slip on it.LordsOfPain

Interesting but I'm sure that WWE will fix it, since they did have their own brand called ECW so I'm sure they have some trademark.JandSman

They probably sent Heath Slater down for the trademark and he spelled it wrong.
