I don't see MS or Sony announcing new hardware. MS is trying to squeeze every last penny they can out of consumers with the 360 and Kinect. Sony is trying to make some sort of profit since they have been bleeding money for the past few years.

I'm leaning more towards flop. Most of the casuals that bought the Wii won't be back for a second helping. It might not completely flop, but I think its safe to say that won't be the market leader next gen.

Don't forget some sort of reminder that Black Ops 2 DLC will be first on Xbox 360 and they will show the game as if its exclusive to their system

Lets hope when they play the game at stage they show more than here is enemies we shoot them. I want to see "branching" story and the rts gameplay/elements.

According to whatshisface, Pachter, we shouldn't expect new games as much as a focus on new features, dashboard, Kinect, etc. Since their last two E3's were basically that plus Call of Duty showcasing and one big exclusive show off, its not a stretch.

Honestly though, for the sake of my Xbox, lets hope they are wrong.

Can't wait for the GIFs

I'm expecting Kinect stuff from MicroSoft, maybe the announcement of the IE update coming to 360, some Halo 4 stuff, maybe a few new games(Who knows) but no new hardware this year, I think.

Sony, I hope they announce price drops for all systems, a $199 PS3 can help and bring the Vita's price down too. They'll also cover the All-Star game they're making probably a release date.

As for Nintendo, Wii U stuff, 3DS games and updates maybe, the killing of the Wii?

Kinect used to be hilarious entertainment , but it just turned to depressing lately. For the first time I can remember , I may skip one of the conferences. It's just too painful.

I have a feeling that they might. They just said they weren't showing off the new xbox. Why announce the big news before the big press conference?

1. Halo 4 AAAE footage.

2. IE9 Browser support for XBL

3. Calorie tracker for Kinect on most of all games played

4. Heart rate detection Jolie for Kinect.

5. Twisted Pixel new game

6. Time exclusive DLC black Ops 2

7. Forza Horizon gameplay footage and announcement

8. xbox subscription available at gamestop

9. Mulitple Kinect exclusive titles due out Holiday 2012.

10. Microsoft points will be done away with, you pay straight up currency.

Pretty good and cant wait.

This, along with some XBLA announcements, will probably be MS's show in a nutshell.

That is nothing to get excited about. I'm looking forward to Halo 4 and I love XBLA(excited for Twisted Pixels' game, as long as it's non-Kinect) but as far as E3 conferences go, that's pretty damn weak.

Can't say I agree with you Willy, I find PS1 games more playable than PS2 stuff. Especially on PC.
