is it safe for my computer/registry if I just download a physxcooking.dll file from the interenet?

If it is harmful, whats another way to resolve the problem?

Thanks

** would this link be a legit dll file I could download?

http://dllcentral.com/physxcooking.dll/2.6.4.3/

I heard that you have to register your dll files? how come and how is it done?

Yes, I was also having the same error message and facing problems to fix it. But I have found the perfect solution from http://dllcentral.com. I have downloaded the missing physxcooking.dll file from http://dllcentral.com/physxcooking.dll/2.6.4.3/ And restore it in Syste32 folder in your Windows Drive. Path to System 32 folder: C: / Windows / System32 Note: C: Drive:- The drive in which your windows is installed. Alternatively, you can run a free scan by clicking on the link "Run a Free DLL Scan" to fix your all DLL errors.
