Be warned though... you won't be able to use the PS Store as the billing adress needs to be the same as the current adress.

You'll have an account, yes, but you won't be able to buy crap from the PS store... and that sux, believe me.

well I the factis that I already have an account... but for some reason it keeps telling me that the info on my credit card is not valid... Ive used 3 diferent cards and no one works... I dont know what the hell is going on! :s

Well... it used to work that way before, thats how I downloaded some games, but now it just dont work

Look, I have the same problem, and I've been able to d/l every free stuff from the PS store... but they won't let me d/l anything that need to be bought. I even wrote to Sony and this is what they responded:

You will not be able
to access another region's PLAYSTATION(R)Store if the country
associated with that
PLAYSTATION(R)Network account is different. Also, once a
PLAYSTATION(R)Network account is created,
the country for that account is unable to be modified.

This was fixed by creating that fake adress.

One region's PLAYSTATION(R)3 computer entertainment system is able to
access the PLAYSTATION(R)Store
for another region, however, the PLAYSTATION(R)Network account must
have a valid mailing address
within that foreign region. Additionally, if you wish to purchase
content from the
PLAYSTATION(R)Store, you must have a credit card or debit card (with a
VISA or MasterCard logo) with
a billing address from the same region as the PLAYSTATION(R)Store.

This is where I'm stuck... so if you have a solution for this, please contact me.

just search for PSN cards on eBay. the seller will just email you the code. then log in on your PlayStation and redeem the code.
