How to play with just human players (no NPCs!)?

All the NPCs (grunts/spectres) getting annoying. It's f'in stupid. How do just play a match with other human players and stop it already with all the grunts and spectres?

I like the NPCs. It make players shoot, and expose their positions adding an element to the game that keeps you on your toes.

I think they are a good ingredient. You can ignore them, as they will not kill you unless you are not paying attention.

Try playing Pilot Hunter more often. There are still NPC's but killing them has no effect on the outcome of the game except for your own progression.
