I don't really care, but why is Denard Robinson getting all this Heisman talk and Cam Newton barely getting a mention?

Robinson's stats: 731 yds passing, 4 TD's, 688 yds rushing, 6 TD's.

Newton's stats: 683 yds passing, 9 TD's, 485 yds rushing, 5 TD's.

Robinson's opponents: UConn, Notre Dame, UMass, Bowling Green

Newton's opponents: Arkansas St., Mississippi St., Clemson, South Carolina

Because when you play for garbage overrated teams like Michigan and Ohio State you get so much hype if you have a good game or two. Remember last year their other qb Tate Forcier or whatever got so much hype after week 1. lol look at him now. Plus Auburn plays in the sec and they get overshadowed with teams like Bama and Florida.

Michigan will always get more love from the media than Auburn. That's.. just how it is.

We need to look closer at the stats:

Robinson's stats: 731 yds passing, 4 TD's, 688 yds rushing, 6 TD's, 0 stolen laptops thrown out dorm window.

Newton's stats: 683 yds passing, 9 TD's, 485 yds rushing, 5 TD's, 1 stolen laptop thrown out dorm window.

Eventually Michigan will lose to a less than amazing team and focus will shift to Cam. It won't matter though because I think unless Michigan beats OSU, its all Pryor.

Yeah because he stole the laptop, he was all Florida then, so really that reflects bad on your school.

I'll go with this answer. Plus people are seeing Denard Robinson as a "savior" for the Michigan program which has been beyond crap in recent years.

Not so much, he was kicked off the football team for it and left on his own the next semester because he knew he wouldn't play with tebow there.
