Well, I decided I would also keep track of each conferences record during the bowl season again. I believe that the "Bowl Challenge Cup" is being awarded to the conference with the best winning percentage still, if not, oh well. It only has actual conferences, so the independents aren't included. Neither are conferences with less than three teams in. So, just like last year, the Sun Belt is going to be left out. Because they're an absolutely pitiful conference that could only get two teams into bowl games.
