Since we know what will happen tonight (The President of Nintendo will make a speech in about 3.5 hours where people think he'll reveal the Revolution).

So everyone's hopes, reactions and everything keep it in here.

Personaly I want to fly to JAPAN right now!!!

Gamespot better have some in-depth and up-to-the-minute coverage, because this is where I get my info!

And I don't think I'd want to go to Japan right now, because then I'd miss the announcement! I'll just sit right here and wait for it!

That is, quite honestly, the worst idea I have ever seen. Tilting your hand left and right isn't revolutionary at all. Holding what is essentially a remote in one hand and a joystick in the other is not revolutionary, nor is it going to be comfortable for long play-sessions.

Also, consider that a lot of games will likely force us to buy extra accessories. Thanks for milking me of my money Nintendo.

I really had faith that Nintendo would get it right this time. We asked for a revolution, Nintendo, but you failed.

I really don't want to, but I have to agree with Barmy. This isn't all a great idea, but just another DS. I don't completely agree though, because this actually is a new revolution. Considering that virtual reality is getting more realistic each day. This is either the downfall, or step up of our Revolution, only time shall tell.

I am going to wait a while before I say whether or not this is a good move by Nintendo. Part of my agrees with you guys, but another part has faith that this will turn out to be better than we think. Remeber, at first people didn't think much of the DS, but it turned out OK. Now, I sure hope this turns out to be better than the DS, but I'm just sayin...

Personally I think this is awesome :D

It truly is revolutionary and we'll be playing games like never before. I can't wait to get this next year, and it'll be cheaper than the others by a lot anyway =D

(Remember that you could probably just use the GameCube controllers to play other games so there shouldn't be a problem :))

Lighten up Barmy. I agree with Nuck that this is a great idea. Just think of the applications. The revolution will be what I want: affordable, great, different and revolutionary. Being Link to swing your sword around....thats awesome. The lack of buttons isn't bad if you think about it. You could just hold one button and use the remote as a cursor to select your items by moving in any direction. This could be great for a new zelda game. Man my mind is just streaming with possiblities. Nintendo will probably tweak the controller a bit before launch and I bet they will offer a way to play standard conventional style games. GO NINTENDO!!!!!!!!!

I've just read on the Revolution boards that you will be able to get a expansion so that it will be like a standard controller, but will still be able to use the tilting feature. Here's a link to the post
