i too am wondering why link is loosing surley the greatest gaming character cant be some nobody from a noothing game. iv had a quick look through other legend of zelda forums and the word has gotten along a bit but its going to be close there is like 200 votes in it at the moment so people that havent voted get on it.

ps why isnt their like a notice on the unions main page that tells everyone to go vote for link

maybe metroid dragon wants samus to beat link so their is not a post on the front page telling people to vote for link

hahaha, I actually didn't because I'm irresponsible and been too busy with post secondary to update =( sorry guys.

Actually, I had link legged as the winner on my bracket. I had a very accurate bracket except for on thing: I thought Kirby would beat Freeman. Since freeman ended up going all the way my final thought of Link vs Samus with Link as the winner didn't pan out.

I mean, look at all the gameFAQS polls; Link ALWAYS wins. Gamespots rigged =P

btw, I prefer Link over Samus, I just prefer the metroid universe over the Zelda universe. Though as a contradition to that again I prefer Zelda games to metroid games.

Yea GF would not have won if it wasnt for VALVE advertising him -_- Kinda ruined the fun of it being "fan based" IMO
