I'm a hugh fan of Zelda, but have only played the WW, TP and the four Zelda games on collectors edition (The NES-games and the N64-games). Awell, I'm kinda facinated by the theories about time-lines and will open this topic for the core Zelda-gamers.
I just know that Ocarina of Time is before TP and Wind Waker has the latest Link. I don't really think there is an official timeline, with all these GBC, NES and SNES games. I don't even think Miyamoto himself has figured out a timeline, but Wind Waker should definately be the latest one.
I recently found a Zelda Retrospective look at the whole franchise on You Tube. You should check it out - especially Part 6. It discusses a possible timeline theory.

I suggest you read this. Its lengthy and slightly out of date, (it does not include the factors presented by Twilight Princess) yet it is definitely something that should provide an interesting read to anyone who wishes to learn more about Zelda time line theories and such.
