I thought it was rather...dare I say..cute.

Did anyone notice how Spike just randomly appeared at the end in Rarity's house?CHOASXIII

Yeah. I mean, I get that he has to be the one who SENDS the letter, but does he have to be present when it's being written? Or are Spike and Twilight Sparkle the only two beings in all of Ponyville who can write?

Anyways, REALLY liked the episode. I also liked Rarity's parents for the 30 seconds of screen time they got. I think I enjoyed it more than the luna ep, but I'm not sure...

Well my biggest thing is where did he come from? He just appeared out of nowhere like he was in Rarity's house the whole episode and then he just came out from wherever.

It was pretty good not my favorite but pretty good and my favorite part was when sweetie bell cleaned up Rarity's room and Rarity said "This wasn't a mess It was organized chaos" Lolz and I think it was the first episode that didn't have twilight in anyway I am a little disappointed in that fact but that's only because I am a huge twilight sparkle fan but I guess even the best ponies need a rest from time to time lolz Darksonic666

I loved the episode.  Easily one of my favorites for this season.

part 1

Part 2 will be up tomorrow, and I plan on it being 4/5 parts. It's been kind of tough, but rewarding at the same time. I mean, this is literally my first fanfic.

I thought it was a very touching episode. Especially during the race when I noticed the blue eyes.

At first I thought it was some animation glitch, but then I thought it over for a second and it hit me what was going on lol.

I was thinking the same thing. :P

I thought it was a pretty good episode. Not among the series' best, but charming and funny.

It probably helped my enjoyment of the episode that I love Rarity, Sweetie Belle is my favorite Cutie Mark Crusader, and Opalescence is my favorite pet on the show.

I couldn't agree more.

Fantastic episode, possibly the sweetest episode, I couldn't help but daw and get emotional when we saw Sweetie Belle's picture and when the big twist at the end was revealed. I could relate to this ep so much with my younger siblings, so this episode really hit home for me.

Loved the light hearted daily tone, loved the humor, loved Rarity's parents, loved Granny Smith, loved the raced, loved APPLEJACK, she was so awesome, I admire her so much. :3

I did have a few nitpicks though, I thought the way AJ changed Rarity with the pie analogy was a little weird and out there, and found the overall message a bit too general and out there, and found Rarity just a bit strange this episode.

Minor though, such an awesome episode further confirms how great Season 2 has been. I'd give it a 4 out of 5 (yes I am now rating them out of 5). 

Applejack is the kindest sister I've seen(in TV) but Rarity, I got a friend that really really demonstrates her.

but Still it's a great episode. 

I can't believe rarity was willing to cover herself in mud. Even for her sister. Considering how obsessive she was in season 1.

I thought it was ok, not the best episode to get back into watching the show with but not the worst. I have no idea how Applejack held her breath so long in that mud... :shock:
