Anybody beat Lu Bu in a duel before??

Just wondering. He seems invincible.

If your talking about DW4's duel system. Yes I have. It wasn't easy though.

I have beat Lu Bu in every one of the games and on his ultimate stage, Hu Lao(spelling?) gate.

I feel your pain in DW5 Lu Bu is almost invincible protecting Hu Lao and Si Shui gate! (infinite musou rage and attack x2)

he killed me in 4 hits with a maxed out Gan NIng....... (he was in musou rage+ attackx2= no chance)

That reminds me of when I first played Dynasty Warriors (it was DW4), I thought that Lu Bu was just another of those superego generals, so I went to face him and got whacked the worse way imaginable8)

In DW5, I've beaten Lu Bu up at Si Shui Gate twice so far; once in Easy with Yuan Shao, once in Hard with Sun Jian. I also beaten him up some times at Xia Pi... but everyone did I presume...
Surprisingly, he wasn't really that hard when I used Sun Jian (who was Ranked 7) and got him under 5 minutes.

If you haven't leveled up your fully character in DW4 and likely you haven't as it's an early stage. RUN! He's quite invincible, unless you have a maxed out character you barely stand a chance. I have dueled and beat him on hard once (it was really lucky)

Of course you can, he is not invincible, I somehow managed to beat him with a crappy Xiao Quio (not sure how to spell it) on HARD mode, in Dw4 i have to admit that he was freaking annoying during duels but if I can do it anyone can

But im one of those people who used to play the game hours on end to get really good at it

almost beat chaos mode with all the shu and wu characters (the only remotely challenging part is the commander) I have some problems with Huang Zhong and others, i don't like wei

try playing a DW for the whole summer and then ask yourself this question

If you're losing (most likely on hard mode) go over to the wall and pull out the arrow and face off to the outside of the fighting square place

they won't attack you, I've had to resort to this cheap trick a couple of times

I beat him barely i used this trick pick xiahou yuan with fire arrows & keep using c1
