Who leads the most union?

I'm leading 4 unions after I took over Star Wars The Force Unleashed Union from my friend and fomrer leader DarthRevan5225.

Two unions I created: EAMGAU and Wii/PS3/360 Association (my second union)

Two other unions: The Blue Wind and SWTFU.

I have no plan to lead 5. Right now who leads the most union is mario_brawler.

i would love to lead 10 unions...although i probably wouldnt be active anywhere else

i think brawler and kwsk (i dont remember his whole name :P) lead zee moost unyons

i have my one union...then i have another union that i'm an officer in and i helped revive it

i found it in my friends unions list and decided to join it...it was dead so i help bring back to life, kinda like a 2nd leader

No, is a joke, I only lead two unions. One that I created and another that I revived.

super manga: I reccomend you to not be leader of a lot of unions. Right now I'm leader of 3 unions and is very difficult to hand everything. But is your choisepapermariofan57

Meh, I find it pretty easy. I am trying to go for ten. But most of my unions aren't like 2000 posts a day like some places are.

today i was checking mario_brawler's proofile and he leads 8. well good luck for him:P

i now have a new one so i am getting rid of some (i want to have only 2)

Ahhh, another problem, are the officers. Sometimes they start to post in the union and then after they are promoted, they forget the union. papermariofan57

That is why every other wee kI demote my two least active officers, it usually keeps people active cuz they do not wanna get demoted, and the recruits stay active because after I demote the one/two officers I usually promote my most active reruit

okay i just thought about this... when you lead only 1 union and are dedicated to it, youre giving it your 100% right? but then when you lead 2 youre giving it 50% and when you lead 4 you give 25% or less to it. Add that you also post in your other unions and do stuff in your life... you end up dedicating like 5% of your time to each of them:o

okay i just thought about this... when you lead only 1 union and are dedicated to it, youre giving it your 100% right? but then when you lead 2 youre giving it 50% and when you lead 4 you give 25% or less to it. Add that you also post in your other unions and do stuff in your life... you end up dedicating like 5% of your time to each of them:o

Not really, for me leading more unions jsut means that I am draining out some of my effort I give in my unions where I am officer/ recrruit.

I do not operate like that, if I become the leade r of another union than I just quit some of my ones where I am an officer in so I have time for both (or now all 3)
