Castlevania Chronicles (PSX) Easter Island head

Castlevania HoD (GBA) Spell fusion that gives you two rotating sheilds

Castlevania DoS (DS) One of the hidden items, I can't remember which one

Castlevania PoR (DS) One of the low level hard game reward items, I still can't remeber what it is though.

And not from Gradius but from other Konami shooter games:

Dracula X (SNES) a boss resembles another boss from Life Force

SotN (Saturn) one of Maria's spells looks just like an enemy from Life Force

PoR (DS) the paper airplane subweapon is from Parodious.

Is that all, or am I missing something?

Well.. let see... They are 6-7depends on your point of view.

1. HoD: u can mix the bolt spell + bible = the same exact shiled use in gradius.

2. CotM: after beating the game in magician mode, u can use Gradius as password to start a new one (in fighter mode)

3. SotN: do not know exactly, but something with teh shield as well.

4. original CV: after beating the game once (which i just did again a couple of weeks ago.. yay to me.. :P ) on lvl 2 a moai sp? head appears.

5. CV chronicles: at lv. 3 one of the trees or the grass has a moai head appearence.

6. CoD in abandoned castle you would find outside a moai statue (u need a LoI game save on the card, tis is why i say it could be 7 referens, if u count LoI as a cohelp for this one.. :P )

ill give chang the correct answer only because she got the cotm one and ainge got one wrong. i think the DoS secret item your thinking of is the bell (the other two being the crown and konami man) and the bell is the powerup item in Parodius, so techinically its not actually Gradius. The Sotn shield is activated with a speical command with the shield rod equipped. oh and you both missed one the salmander spell from PoR summons the fire dragon from Gradius III and Salmander.

and i havent played CoD but ill give chang the benefit of the doubt

well.. then i have the honor.... (btw: i should get gradius... and shoot how did i missed the one of salamander :P )

In CoD where is the ONLY place where a pair of Blood Skeletons appear.. AND what do the guard??? (main story) :)

This one is a bit off from mainstream CV and I think it would be a moderately difficult question. Back in the late 80s and early 90s...there was a cartoon show that showcased several NES heroes going against their Nemesis counterparts. One of the heroes was Simon Belmont. What was the name of this cartoon?
