Is that Buckley album better than Grace?

I've only heard a few songs from it so far, but I doubt I'll prefer it to Grace. "Your Flesh Is So Nice" is weird.kingkilla3

Andl the rap doesn't just stop there!

More importantly, though, the production is much more rap-orientated than it was on Demon Days, though I've only given it one listen.

For me Gorillaz is way better than Demon Days, and I've not heard Plastic Beach enough but it would probably be third easily.

I need to get some Johnny Cash, he was my dad's favorite musician and is probably the first music I ever heard. :P  I had the Folsom Prison Box Set and Complete Sun Recordings Box set in my hands when I went to the record store today, but I got these instead:

1. King Crimson: 'The Collectable King Crimson Vol 2.' (With live concerts from Bath in '81 and Philadelphia in '82)

2. Porcupine Tree 'Coma Divine'

3. Rush 'Moving Pictures' (This is a re-buy. I lost the box with my Rolling Stones and Rush cd's when I moved).  :( 

I  had to re-buy AC/DC 'Back in Black' too.  At least they are newly remastered. 

the funny thing is the first two cassettes I bought when I was a young kid were 'Moving Pictures' and 'Back in Black'. So this is the third re-buy. :P 

Apparently I lost a whole box of cd's when I moved.  I have a lot to re-buy.  

My next re-buys will probably be the Rolling Stones 'Beggar's Banquet' and Yes 'Fragile'.  I really miss those!

That's a fine first Beatles album, its my favorite. :)  at least if you ask me now.  Next week I might say 'Let It Be' lol.

Well, with certain bands that have many good albums, I go through phases.  One album might be my favorite for a while, then as my mood changes so does my favorite album.

bands like these come to mind: Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Who, The Doors, Porcupine Tree, Rush, REM, Tom Waits etc.

Awesome so far. I've made some interesting loops, but it'll take awhile to learn how to compose songs on it given that it's a complete anologue synth emulator, and the closest thing to a synth I've used is a toy keyboard and some virtual synths on FL studio. :P

The interface makes things nice and easy, though, so it's much easier than something like Beatertor on the PSP.

I've listened to about half of Deadwing. Its good but still needs to grow on me.

And I love Jaco. He is solo stuff is great. Check out Donna Lee and Ocus Pocus. ;)
