Which one do you prefer and why?
Myself, i prefer twilight princess because its going back to the more, 3D n64 art style rather then the cartoony style that the gamecube offered, plus i think the transforming aspect of it is really good as well.

Twilight Princess. I still remember when I played it on launch, I was so happy :P
I really didn't like traveling in boat in WW.
I preferred Wind Waker... I think WW had the most originality and personality. The art style was just a joy to behold, and really game the game an incredibly fun atmosphere.
The sailing could get annoying before you got the ballad of the gales, but other than that I have no real complaints.
Twilight Princess was great, but it just didnt have the feel of a timeless classic, which all great Zelda titles have had.
Wind Waker definately. Amazing game. One of my Top 5 favorites.
Now, if you said what's better WW or OoT, then we'd have quite a dilema on our hands.
i didn't like either.... the sailing in the windwaker was intolerable and TP was just paid homage to zeldas past, it was very outdated- especially with there being to in-game dialog, just text. get with the program nintendo, we are not in the N64 era still!
Twilight Princess.
Sorry I thought WW was the weakest Zelda, horribly kiddy looking which took away from the epic feel that Zelda should have and the sailing was mind numbing. This is funny wasn't everyone complaining about WW when it first came out? I love how no one can be pleased no matter what.
WW
i think these games should have switched places, like i think that WW woulda been a better wii game, and TP woulda been a better gamecube game.. im not sure if this is making much sence but i think they were amazing games but not put at the right time, we woulda appriciated both games better if they swapped time spots.

motion sensing wind waker baton woulda been cool
Wind Waker had a better story and side quests, and as neat as the cel-shading was it didn't look as good as TP.
TP had better dungeons and a better overworld, but it didn't do anything really original.
Gah, it's so hard to choose.
TP had better dungeons and items.
TWW had a better story and sidequests.
I prefer TP only because TWW's triforce hunt was a chore and really slowed the game down.
my sentiments exactly.WW for its cel-shaded graphics.
TP for not having sailing.

As for the ballad of gales thing...you don't even get the damn song until you're half way through the game!
The sailing definitely made the whole game more explorable and less linear compared to other zelda games...but damn the islands were way too small.
I felt like in Windwaker everything was much more expansive and I felt that there was a lot to unlock. Not that it wasn't the same with twilight, I just think that there was more in Windwalker.

graphics wise i will definately agree with you, it seems that cell shaded games dont show there age as much as games which are going for detail do
