Man, I thought 3D World was pretty great. It only mildly sucks if you're comparing it to SMG2.

Still, as far as 3d platformers go, I'd easily put 3d World in my top 5.

I'll forget you said 3D World sucks but only because Jinbe is god tier.

Being a fan of Kirby's Epic Yarn i cant wait to play this one and battle the Bosses. These games are so fun, they can be relaxing or intense, can speed run it or take your time and find all the collectibles.

Agreed totally, but man, are you guys really gonna spend 50 euros (or equiv) on a 2D platformer? You could literally get 5 - 10 great Steam or XBLA ones for the same price. Not to mention Sony gives a couple indie ones away every month on PSN (Apotheon was the tits)

I'd probably need to wait until this was €15 before I felt it was worth it, and that'll probably never happen.

The Eurogamer preview of this got me more interested in the game. Epic Yarn was a borefest because of how easy it was, but apparently this game has a bit more bite to it. Plus Yoshi at least had a good game once, Kirby never did. So I'm hoping this is good.

After the NX is released I might pick up a used Wii-U for cheap and this will be one of the first games I buy. Looks amazing.

And Adventure Wii/Return to Dreamland, 64: Crystal Shards, Dreamland's early three, list goes on and on.

I didn't pay too much attention to Yoshi's Wooly World but after looking at these trailers, there's more then meets the eye on this game.

Eh I'm not so sure. 3D World has better pure platforming but both fail compared to 64.

I have a feeling it is going to be way too easy like Kirby's Epic Yarn.

They can be plenty imaginative and diverse all they want, they are also incredibly dull to play. Complete push overs and supremely outclassed by other platformers.

Blab's a defender of Mario Galaxy 2 (and one of those who get on my ass when I call it an expansion, not a sequel, but I'll admit, as late as it is, I'm not longer comparing it to Starcraft anymore). So this is either irony or trolling on his part.

Apparently Wooly World is pretty difficult hence the ability to switch to an easy casual mode.

Asa for kirby epic yarn, kirby games are not about difficulty. They never have been. Kirby is the gateway platformer for younger kids. For adults its fun to steal enemy abilities and the level design gets really creative. Donkey Kong Country is the platformer from hell for those who love a challenge. With mario, as always, having a difficulty chosen by how many star coins you want to collect and secrets you wish to unlock.

Kirby's epic yarn dropped to $10, metroid other m to $9, sin and punishment was sub $20.

Some don't, like kirby Wii. Yoshi is a game that will, plus i will be shocked if ninty doesn't have a players choice lineup for Wii U.

It looks pretty charming, have some doubts about the gameplay but is looking pretty fun so far.

Sin and Punishment isn't a Nintendo game. And Nintendo only drops prices on their crappy games hence Other M and Epic Yarn.

The players choice line doesn't show up until way late into the consoles life span. Took the Wii forever to get them.

Again, don't hold your breath waiting. It's going to be awhile.

Graphics looks nice but not helping much when have big Mario game fatigue. I know this is Yoshi not mario but same shit anyway:P

I´m a grown 50 year old man not afraid of saying this game looks so cute that I really want it, I now Ninty is all about Mario but actually I prefer Donkey Kong and Yoshi games.

I'd rent it if anything.

looks lovely but im not paying full whack for it. when the price comes down i may take the plunge.

what i am getting though is a wooly yohsi amiibo. i said i wouldnt buy any more after getting link because they seem to be pretty pointless. of interest to collectors only imho. but its a wooly yoshi! nuff said.
