Chivalry: Medieval Warfare heads to PS4, Xbox One next month

Siege the day! Chivalry: Medieval Warfare drops its drawbridge on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in under a month.

The Xbox One edition is due to ride out on 1st December. PlayStation 4 owners will be able to call upon its allegiance from the 2nd.

If you've not heard of it already, Chivalry: Medieval Warfare is a class-based melee combat game where you hit people with swords.

Or axes, maces, javelins, bows, catapults, boiling oil and battering rams.

Chivalry is already available on PS3 and Xbox 360 and first launched on PC back in 2012. It's developed by Torn Banner Studios, and was born out of a Half-Life 2 mod.

I enjoyed Chivalry a few years back but I think I'll stick with the upcoming For Honor

The novelty wears off really quickly with this game.

heh, i was going to purchase this game the other day cuz it was on sale for $7 with the DLC included, but decided not to..

I really enjoyed this game on PC

Surprisingly, I just never really found the depth in a game like this that I do find in online shooters. Even if it has a nice amount of weapons, classes and objective based modes. Like killing all villagers and pillaging.

I have it on PC. Considering that I've put over 100 hours into it, yeah I like it.
