Nintendo has gone downhill over the last 2 gens. The N64 was the peak, then it started to fall with the GC and fell even further with the Wii. I used to be a huge Nintendo fan, but after being disappointed with the GC and being appalled by the Wii I refuse to buy another Nintendo system. I don't think it will make a big difference seeing as I am bored with Mario, Link and Samus after a myriad games featuring these characters.
Maybe, but I'm a hardcore gamer, and the Wii doesn't have that many hardcore games. So next gen I am thinking about buying the 'ps4' or the MS concol. But if the next gen turns out to have hardcore, then I will. xD

Anyway, if there's anything this generation taught me, with rather lackluster launches on all three systems, I'll wait for a few months to see future releases. Though the Wii has had quite a few great games that take such a different step from the usual stuff, so if I see more of those on their next console, then I'll grab the console as soon as possible.
I'm more than happy with the wii line up. I'd miss out on a LOT I can never get on the 360 or PS3 if I didn't havea wii and the same can be said about the wii2 I'm sure.
I have always supported nintendo and probably always will, though there preformace has pushed me to become manticore i still quite enjoy nintendo. the red ocean plan is just begining
I gave up on Nintendo sometime after E3 2007. Before that, I was always hoping for the best in 3rd party support for 2007. But that NEVER came. Even the ones that were highly rated don't seem to interest me at all. NMH, De-Blob for example. Then comes E3 2008, which pretty much bolsters my opinion on Wii to this day. And I still don't care about the Wiimote.
However, I will buy the next Nintendo handheld, (not the DSi). Whenever that comes out.
maybe but probily not. nintendo was diapointing when the gamecube came out. i was expecting a n64 but with greater graphics but the sequials just got lost with the same old stuff nothing new or changed the game to much.
Also it heavily depends on one game if SSB4 is coming then its a buy no matter what even if every other game is wiifit2 wiiplay2 and whatever else that sux

I didn't necessarily click that poll answer, agreeing with everything that was in that option. But, it had enough to make me pick it over the others.
There's only one place I can play Nintendo's first party, and that's the reason I will buy the next Nintendo console.
