just do the obvious and set your HD TV to 720p output, and use a HDMI cable, then you are sorted. You will notice a major difference in quality if you are running a ps2 game on ps2, and running a ps2 game on a ps3 with those settings.

I know for a fact those games don't work without problems. On KOTOR 2, there is often sharp static noises and the dialogue is jumpy, and in Fable the Tattoos don't work properly. And Halo runs extremely slowly at some places, and Halo 2 often freezes on single player

odd, because i played Ninja Gaiden it slowed down so much, more than the Xbox version :|

Links ? I hardly found any of those problems you mension, truth is i never used tattos in fable ... Halo run fine though, are you sure those were not fixed in later patches, because they run fine for me

maybe i failed to notice all those in the games, i had played them before and really skimmed through them again, but still i do not recall those problems all, strange, maybe some slight flickering in some spots in kotor 2, nothing really visible when playing

Well, you speak for some million gamers now ? Hope they all agree with you, because i have over a dozen xbox games i LOVE to replay in 720p

I never played Fable before I played it on 360 and I noticed that my damn tattoos would keep on changing by themselves and even some of my clothes.

For KOTOR 1, I can't even get passed the first part on 360 cause it slows down to a 5fps crawl at a certain part which prevents me from doing anything.

Halo 2 has a weird glitch for me where it looks like certain objects get burned into the screen (I have an LCD so it's not true screen burning, just the game glitching) like enimies and certain environmental objects so I can see the outlines of them on the screen preventing me from seeing well. I hope I'm explaining this clear enough.
