Why MW2 is the best military game EVER

SOCOM 2 is the best military game ever made.

If you don't include the absolutely terrible Slant Six abomination, it is the greatest military shooter franchise ever.

It isn't, predictable dumb AI, no lean (...) real life military go tactical, not guns blazing, get a shot regenerate and all that sort of mumbo jambo.

Rainbow six 3: raven shield + athena sword expansion hands down dude.

2. The dialouge is ok, it's presented in a nice way. Besides that it was just alright for me.

6. Sales are nice, still overhyped but that just means more peeps to play online with.

7. See answer to number 1, just put a HELL infront of the no. The match-making is poorly made. It's a little unfair when you get placed with rank 40s+ and it's your first time online at rank 0. I did like however when everyone started lagging it paused the game completely and shifted to a new host and continued from where we left off.

8. Spec Ops is the most fun I've had so far. Halo 3 is garbage and I'm standing by my opinion.

9. ...I should post some Crysis pics but that'd be irrelevant. The graphics did not improve on a technical scale, only the design/artistic design improved. They just reused the last engine behind WaW if I'm correct.

10. One of the best? Hell no. It did feel smooth along both 360 and PS3 controllers though.

Confronation is essentially what Modern Warfare 2 PC is to COD4.

A major downgrade in everyway possible.

How is it not an abomination? The game isn't even SOCOM anymore and there's no excuse for it.

Update 1.60 still isn't out, yet they were talking about it months ago, 1.50 took over four months to come out. The DLC they talked about? That won't be seeing the light of day anytime soon.

Hardly. There are so many "military games" that are better that it is beyond the word limit of this post to list them all.

There are also many shooters that are better:

Quake, Unreal, Tribes, Half-Life, CS, etc. Even Halo.

MW2 isn't anything special. It's just the current fad until the next big thing comes along. 10 years from now, no one will care.

think what you will. personally i really like mgs4 as a game, but the story was patently awful. you know what game has a good story? bad dudes.

Propaganda I just got off the phone with COD:MW2 and he told me to tell you that if you don't stop stalking him and sending him love letters, he is going to have to file for a restraining order.
