Why in the blue hell does everyone love X-Box 360?

only reason i have a 360 is because i won it. i would not spend more than $300 on a console unless it had 10 AAA/AA games that all apealed to me.

the 360 is great, i already have 6 games for it. and i think most people will buy a ps3 when it goes down in price.

Hardware failures, power brick, overpriced proprietary everything (HDDs specifically), lack of a new format limits future games, lack of variety in games (much better than Xbox but still most all top 360 games fall into the online shooter/PC port category).

360 is a great system and best next-gen system for right now, but even by the end of this year PS3 will be about equal in games... and with the features, reliability, lower long term cost, and longetivy of the system - it is a far better value than the 360 at any point.

It's all about the games. The 360 has an excellent library at the moment.mal75

Call of Duty 2, Dead Rising, Gears of War, GRAW, PGR3, DOA 4, Forza Motorsport 2, Crackdown, Lost Planet, Saints Row, Oblivion, Burnout Revenge, Rainbow Six Vegas..

Halo 3, Bioshock, Fable 2, Mass Effect, PGR4, Lost Odyssey, Banjoo-Kazooie, GTAIV...

I love my 360 for that...

The 360 is a great system, even if you get a dud its easy to get it fixed/replaced so its not going to totally ruin your experience.

Yeah, listen to my advice, don't listen to Gamespot reviews. I mean, for Christ's Sake, they say that Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Doom 3 are just as good as the other. I still believe Resistance, Doom 3, and Mario Sunshine are AAA games. I don't know who does the reviews here, but there crap. I'm only here for news and forum boards.
