Where is the next-gen version of [insert series]

What games are becoming conspicuously absent in their next-gen presence?

A couple (for me) that come to mind are

Onimusha
Kingdom Hearts
Timesplitters
Shadow of the Colossus

I'm fans of all these series/games and we don't even have any type of inclination as to what systems they will be on, and nobody seems to be talking about them.

What others are there?

They haven't officially announced platforms yet, but one would assume it'd go to PS3/360, and maybe PC. I dunno about the Wii, but I do know FRD have expressed interest in developing for the platform. I hope it's not exclusive to it...

I didn't say that. I own only a PS3 and really want TS4, so that's why I don't want it exclusive to Wii. The reason I singled it out is because FRD have expressed interest in the console.

2D Metroid: whatever happen to the likes of Metroid Dread?

Also, as much as I enjoy the Paper Mario franchise, while it probably will not happen, I would really love to see "true" sequel to Super Mario RPG.

Yeah I know, but I thought the game was great and criminally overlooked. Loved the art style, story wasn't bad either. A unique experience.

Proved that racing games can also be for single player.

And it was a critical hit, both from critics and sells (except Gamespot which flopped it)

Zelda is the most notible...

Jedi Academy. Online saber battles need to make a comeback now that online is bigger than ever.

Megaman should make a comeback as well, and maybe even Starfox

All of those, and include megaman legends. But at least deus ex 3 may actually come out. It was announced not too far back.

you will get them sooner or later on a sony console...rehash heaven....not as bad as nintendo like.
