I'm fine with my original PS4 so I'm not interested in the slim version. regarding the Neo it all depends on what features it has beside 4K as I mentioned in a previous thread I'm not really interested in that feature at the moment.
I have a PS4, but I want a slim if they offer a larger hdd than 500gb.
You can always upgrade your hard drive for next to nothing. I put a 2 tb in mine for like 60 bucks.
I'd need to buy an external drive to transfer data, and a 1gb thumb drive for something, and yada yada yada... I just want to buy one without swapping internal junk.
I wish there was more of a selling point to Neo than just better framerate/graphics. Backwards compatibility would be great...

The save data is saved on the cloud. All you really need is the thumb drive.
I voted dont have PS4 and dont want one yet. I was gonna look into maybe one day, but Nintendo dropped NX on me. So im gonna wait. These are hard times, i have PC, new handheld, and new home console to deal with. You might be thinking, but thats only 3, but its really more like 10 devices when you got kids.
And hard part is, the kids like their tablets, handhelds, and home console which they share. So thats 3 tablets, 4 handhelds, and 2 NXs. Then ill be set. And all for the small price of $2,000 dollars. Dont let me down Nintendo, i cant afford to pay more.
If the Neo shows a real advantage or worth enough power boost, I'll get it. I want to play PSVR games. I haven't tried Oculus not Vive since they don't have demos around the country...and the only headset besides PS I want costs 800 alone plus 600 for a good card to actually run it on prime I'm sticking to the cheap and good.

A lot of people are saying they had a better experience with the PS VR than the Rift or Vive. It should be interesting.
Currently have a PS4, patiently waiting for the price of the Neo, to see if I want to upgrade or not.
Not touching the PS4 slim, seems pointless.
I don't have a PS4 and I don't want one. Maybe because I think that they are getting a little too cocky and a little too unfriendly for the consumer. I really liked what MS has done with the S so I got that instead. Maybe I'll get one on the cheap later, or maybe I'll wait for PS5. Either way Sony doesn't really interest me this gen.

None of the games interest you?
I'm good with my PS4 i already have. The slim untis don't make sense to people who already own an original (IMO with no upgrades on them at all, matter of fact the PS4 slim is a downgrade, at least the XB1S is an upgrade with 4k streaming and blu ray) but neither slim interests me. Skipping the NEO as it won't have any exclusives the PS4 doesn't have and I'll get a scorpio as it has much more power and i mostly play on XB1 because I like the games better
@n64dd: yeah I've heard that too. They say the screens are way better on PSVR. The only concern is Sony dropping support fast, the least they should do is bring it to PC
I have a PS4 and I'll upgrade to a Neo when it comes. Better game performance, 4K bluray player, works for me. I have no interest in VR, well, not Sony's version anyway.

Not really. I'm a gameplay guy. I ended up with a PS3 because people told me that TLOU was the Citizen Kane of video games and all it really was was a TPS with flawed AI and pretty graphics.
And instead of seeing more gameplay oriented games we ended up with The Order, Uncharted 4, TLOU:R, Beyond:2, and the like. Even God of War turned into one of those games. The only game I'm interested in is Ratchet and Clank, and that was out on the PS2.
Like I said I might get one on the cheap later for games like Persona 5, if it doesn't end up on NX. But otherwise there really isn't much on the PS4 that gets my attention right now. Which sounds crazy since its been out for 3 years now.
I have a ps4.
I am not interested in VR and I don't have a 4k television either so my current ps4 is fine for me.
If I knew these were coming I'd of delayed my acquisition of PS4 by a year since we didn't even get Persona 5 this year anyways. Now that I have a vanilla PS4 I have no desire to upgrade.
No interest in a PS4 Slim or NEO. Sony has been boring to me this generation. Some of the exclusives that interested me on PS3 are no longer in existence. And we don't know exactly what those recent "PS4 S" photos are. Yeah it's real, but no word from Sony to confirm this. It could be the NEO itself.
I'm already fully invested into the Xbox ecosystem. I appreciate what they have done to the Xbox One and what they have given to gamers. Unlike Sony.
I currently have a PS4, and no interest in buying ether a slim or a NEO. The Slim is butt ugly and I'm taking a wait and see approach for the NEO but Sony will really have to impress me with the NEO to make me give up my current PS4.
Already have a PS4, I'm sticking with that. Don't need a slim because the PS4 is a nice compact console. Don't need a Neo because I am not getting VR. If I did get VR I would go big and upgrade my PC to support it for real.
i already have a PS4 so there is no point in upgrading to the PS4 Slim. even if i didnt own a OG PS4 i wouldnt buy that ugly looking slim.
As for the NEO - The only way they can get me to upgrade is if they add full BC.
I'm just going to wait until I see the whole unveiling process next week in New York before I decide, but as of now, I'm only mildly interested...
