Rules for this thread.

1.  You can only pick one game. 

2.  Don't forget to name which console you played it on.

3.  You have to have played a retail version of the game

4.  If I get enough responses, I'll make a second thread with a poll for the most mentioned.

So far, R6V is my favorite.  I purchased R6 and Gears of War the same week around Christmas time.  I went back and forth for a while, now my 360 is a R6 player.

    Rainbow Six Vegas for 360.  Graphics, tacticle action, great cover system, effects such as screen blurring when you get shot in an intense gunfight online, weapon selection/customization. It's awesome :D

Well, I've only played 3(that's including Wii Sports), so I guess it'll have to be LoZ:TP for Wii.

Zelda TP for Wii. And yes I have played Gears of War, and still think Zelda is the superior game.

Gears of War for Xbox360, it's just so amazing..even excluding the graphics; the atmosphere; sfx & soundtrack and gameplay are near perfect..in my opinion of course.

Probably GRAW on the 360 (didn't like the pc version).  The multiplayer online was a blast.

Vegas on the 360 is pretty good. I'm interested in Zelda TP on gamecube (no money for wii) but i'll probably never buy it. Nevermind that last sentence. It's not a next gen sentence.

Gears of War.

Closely followed by GRAW. I'm playing Rainbox Six: Vegas at the moment which is good, but seems a bit unexciting compared to Gears and GRAW.

wow,. difficult... okay, after LONG thinking...: i have to choose between: Rainbow Six Vegas, Zelda Twilight Princess ,Gears of War and Lost Planet.... oh man.. this is hard........ Zelda, no Rainbow six Vegas... no, Gears! Dammit!! i can't choose.. okay here goes: Rainbow six Vegas is my favorite game, this gen, at this point in time and i allready think i should have said Gears or Zelda... man those games are so good.. but Rainbow six Vegas it IS!

Tough decision. It's between Gears of War, Rainbow Six Vegas, COD 3 (I love the online multiplayer) and Dead Rising. But if I had to choose just one it'd probably be Dead Rising.
