What is PS3's best exclusive?

For me it's gotta be MGS4. I whipped this baby out today and was still amazed at how amazing the game looked after all these years. Yea, it was fan service, and Kojima did say it was last, but still, this was the game that finally made PS3 a bonafide investment after 2 years of meh. What say you, SW?

MGS4? God of War 3? LittleBigPlanet 2? Valkyria Chronicles? Journey? MLB: The Show? Demon's Souls? Uncharted 2? Heavy Rain? Beyond Two Souls? 3D Dot Game Heroes? Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time? Sly Cooper? Infamous 1/2? Resistance 1-3? Yakuza 3-4? Ni No Kuni?

There is a lot more I enjoyed like Puppeteer, but I wouldn't say were the best of the best.

i need to play demon's souls, and beyond two souls; but off the top of my head i'd say a vote of no confidence.

damn dude. if you loved Uncharted 2, you really can't go wrong with TLOU

Going strictly by aggregate review scores, Uncharted 2 is the highest rated PS3 exclusive on both gamerankings and metacritic.

I agree with the critics.

UC2...UC3....MGS4 ... all equally good and have the wow/omfg factor

That doesnt make any sense cuz they are soooooooooooooooo different in everything.

The first thing you'll notice is that the aiming is different, the controls are very different, minimal guns and very little amo, the slow pacing of the game and how it can take you 5-10 mins to clear an area of just 10 enemies while in Uncharted you take out 20 enemies in a minute.

TLoU doesnt even have a jump button.... that alone tells how immensely different it is. TLoU doesnt even have those over the top super cinematic set pieces of huge action that you get in Uncharted. TLoU is really dark heavy and tense, while Unchartd is fun bright and never really tense. In Uncharted you are basically a super human with highly gunslinger skills with super human stamina and jumping abilities, but in TLoU you are literally an average Joe (Joel) who is just trying his best and using his dark pass to just make it through. And you dont need me to tell how very different the stories and characters are.

Plus Uncharted doesnt even have stealth.....

They are Nothing alike or similar. I love both game, both my 10/10s all time GOTY's but no i cant say if you like o you'll like the other.

MGS4, Demons Souls, GoW3 are my faves.

MGS4 was amazing, but I'd have to say Demon's Souls for me, even for the first play through, and then there's the insane replay value.

Hard to fault it for anything that isn't graphics.

Yakuza 4 gets a nod as well.

TLOU was the only standout game the PS3 got. Before that it was UC2 and that was just a good but not great action game.

I'll go with Ni No Kuni : Wrath of The White Witch and Uncharted 2 : Among Thieves.

Uc2 because it has gorgeous graphics, memoriable story, and gameplay.

The Last of Us or Journey.

I disagree. Uncharted was cool IMO because it felt like a popcorn action summer blockbuster in game form. It was all about the set pieces, the more light hearted vibe, the platforming and shooting. People talk about the story in UC, but it's not exactly high quality writing. The plotline itself is ripped from Indiana Jones, and while it is good, the characters aren't of the greatest level fo depth, IMHO

TLOU was different, in regard to how it switched to being far more character oriented. They where definitely better developed than the ones in UC. However, it was in the gameplay that i felt it faulted. The switch from bombastic platforming segments to stealth moments didn't work has well due to focus on narrative design.

Still, good games both of them. But i liked UC2 more

My favourite was GOW3 simply because it was the conclusion to the series. I loved GOW on the PS2, so. Still have to play DeS, so maybe that'll over take it. Also Journey.

Only Mass Effect and Skyrim were the 2 multiplats that could even hang.
