they have refused to let anyone see sales number for over 3 years now.

i know it is not a popular idea in sw but had the ps3 ever passed 360 in sales sony would have set off a fireworks display in times square and shouted it from the mountiantops.

instead they have kept their numbers secret and misdirected the totals by including "sony family" for almost the entire last half of the generation.

not that it really matter the wii stomped them both into the ground.
