The Witcher 3 PC 4k FAILURE!

Lets see, i play 4k games on pc is what i hear all the time, but reality is a top of the line GFX card named NVIDIA GTX980 for 600$ struggle to achieve that pc "standard" people love to scream on this board and is already bending on his knees looking at those GFX alone. LOL

Also the witcher 3 is not that great looking and especially not in 1080p right ? So for you to achieve that 4k goal you have to upgrade to titan z sli.

now you also wonder will i run star citizen at 4k with a GTX980 sli? noooo you wont. LOL

i see no 600$ difference, like i said before pc GFX is overhyped and is not a 4k standard unless you go sli and waste more then a grand, price/performance ps4 is the clear winner here!

Huh? Not a single GPU on the market can achieve 4K at playable FPS at the highest settings in most modern games. You need two of them for that and it's a well known fact. 4K is freakin 4x the amount of pixels the consoles push so of course a 600$ GPU wouldn't suffice.

Edit: If a single card was enough for 4K at the highest settings and frame rate, multi-gpu solutions would also be pointless.

Edit 2: It's also running at 60fps on the 980. PS4 struggles to achieve a stable 30fps according to the latest reports. Troll along.

I don't think you understand the kind of horsepower it takes to output graphically intense games at 4K with playable framerates.

I just think it's funny people are blabbering about downgrades and then blame the consoles. People forget the original Crysis was downgraded and wasn't even planned for consoles. It took mods to get it to its original form. It's not consoles to blame for the downgrade it's people that fail to upgrade there PCs.

Let us see the digital foundry verdict when unsurprisingly a $130 750ti paired with a core i3 will most likely match ps4 settings as its the case in almost every game out there since this gen started

So yeah you most likely a $150gpu will match a ps4 and a $200-250 gpu will be better than PS4. Hardly bank breaking you know
