I remember back then when in Activision's pre-COD days, they gave Treyarch some breathing room and freedom when they developed Spider-Man 2 and look how it turned out. One of my favorite games ever, arguably one of the greatest gems of last gen.

That's what happens when some effort is being put in, not just by name alone.

The "trailer" is fake, but that is actual gameplay. It was shown off by a Terminal Reality developer on some IGN web-show.
