Started playing 2 days ago. Still stuck on f*cking Tigger.

Makes Ornstien and Smough look like f*cking casuals.

You guys got it all wrong.....M.Bison from Street Fighter is the ultimate baddy. Well him and Dr. Doom.

I think Majora from, you guessed it, Majora's Mask. A really awesome set of mini dungeons (optional) before you fight him, a unique context (which I won't spoil) and three truly bizzare but cool forms. Plus you can always use Fierce Diety. :D Best final boss is from the best game ever, of course.

This is a great thread. Christopher Robin is definitely an epic end boss, but in a Winnie the Pooh game, it wasn't quite as WTF worthy as Dr Wiley being an alien in Mega Man 2.
