The rest of us knew it would usher in a new era of casual shovelware for the 360, but for some reason, that prospect really excited those kids. Now they're reaping what they've sown.

There was a sticky Kinect thread because 360 fanboys were getting out of control creating threads. Hype threads, sales threads, score threads, it was a non-stop Natal (then Kinect) deluge.

The two of you can feel free to write your cozy fantasy version of last year, but really, the rest of us unlucky enough to be around for those threads are just going to laugh.

Wow obviously Killzone 3 must be totally boring if Sony fanboys have nothing to worry about but Kinect game announcements that nobody cares about....

Sesame St along with Kinect could be great for people with young families. I think we put too much stock into the "hardcore".
