Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin - 7/10 GS, 73 MC

This seems like a game that will be fun, despite its flaw. I did enjoy the demo I played. With that said, won't get this at launch, but possibly down the road at a good discount.

I heard it's graphic are a mess, even on PS5. Hopefully PC version won't be that bad but than again, Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin isn't on my list at this time so this is gonna be a 2/3 years of waiting a deeper discount. Don't really care for CHAOS.

Haven’t tried the demo and the game didn’t really look all that great from what I’ve seen but oddly enough I do kind of want to get it. Reviews seem appropriate enough from what little I know of it. Could be something I get later on at discount or even better on Game Pass.

Didn't care about Nioh's story and those games also had too much loot imo... so I'm not worried about most of the negatives. The visuals are a bit of a concern , as is the frame rate. I need to play the demo, hopefully it's still available.

As bad as some of this game sounds, I actually cant wait to play it lol I think is bad in a good way

The positives are praising the solid Nioh-like gameplay from Team Ninja, while the negatives are criticizing the campy B-movie story and characters... Normally, story shouldn't be a deal-breaker for a Soulslike, but it's a deal-breaker for a Final Fantasy.

A bit disappointed tbh. Despite the crappy CHAOS trailer I somewhat had high hopes for this one. I'll buy it but not anytime soon. The crappy story or lack thereof plus the lack of towns and meaningful NPC's make it a deal breaker for me. BOTW wasn't heavily story oriented at all but at least it had a lot of cool NPC's with entertaining dialog.

mediocre, mid 70s scoring title. Just like I predicted. As well as being spot on with Elden Ring being an exactly 96 MC GOTG/GOTD masterpiece.

Damn 7/10 for a FF is like a 3/10 for a normal game.

Seems like the BAD list is stuff that exists even in the more celebrated FF games. Maybe it is just being deducted points for not being a console exclusive.

Played 30 minutes of the demo and it looks trash. Definitely in the 6-7 bracket./
